Looks like Megan's tattoo on her shoulder. Just the one stem with a teardrop to the side. Located on her shoulder because she's leaving those bad memories behind her, in the past. Her tattoos all have meaning. I love that. I'm not talking about, "Tweety bird's so cute! I love him! He's now permanently right here on my calf."
To hear her describe each one felt like story time at the local library.
